Hot stock tip: Galaxy Foods. As recently noted on Fit Foodie, it's a staple in my diet. And now you can get it through Amazon. Warning: only Pepper Jack "cheese" flavor is recommended.
No great nutritional shakes, but it's fairly innocuous except for the salt.
Galaxy also makes Vegan Slices, which I haven't seen in stores.
